shipping your bike

We recommend you ship your bike to arrive at least 10 business days before race day (bikes should arrive by March 1st) to give our mechanics enough time to take care of everyone.

When packing your bike to ship, please write your first and last name, and phone number, on the box and on your bicycle (a piece of paper or tape on the frame is fine) so our fine mechanics can contact you if there are any questions or issues. This also helps us know which bike is yours so you don’t have to identify it out of a lineup.

Your bike will ship to District Bicycles, 120 W. 7th Ave., Stillwater OK 74074 where our rad expert mechanics will build and have it ready to pick up when you arrive in Stillwater.

If you’d rather build and repack it yourself, please note that with your shipment.

Visit our Shop page to pre-purchase build, cleaning and repacking options. If you don’t want to pre-purchase build, cleaning, or repacking options, contact District Bicycles to let them know what you’d like done to your bike when it arrives. Payment due when you pick it up.

If you want District to pack and ship your bike after the race, please include the return shipping label in the box.
